BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
help out how? talkin **** on my car is one thing but then i post other cars up out of just enjoyment to show others and u start runnin ur mouth on them too. and just an fyi the orange teg is all carbon interior (dash, center console, arm rest, window panals, doorpanals) everything, not to mention bride front leather seats and rear, sent to bride to get wrapped, leather seats, takata harnesses, along with fully caged and all ITR dash and center console components. so yes as stated before the interior alone is worth more then ur car. so u have no place to criticize that car on its "fake mugen" kit. and as for the $60k+ blue Type-R well all i gotta say is pick up an earlier copy of just about any tuner mag and hell be in it. so ur cool paintjob, wheels, and lil polished knick-knacks are cool and all but unless u can even measure up to anything close to the homies then keep ur judgemental mentality to urself. jussayin.

1. cause our team is sponsored by VIS so we have to use thier parts basically and 2. because he just dropped 10k on a Full 98 ITR swap, Fresh paint, and Wilwood big brake upgrade. so money after that wasnt really what he wanted to spend on a kit when we get the "fake" one for $300.
i just disagree on the direction there. even tho yes i understand your team is sponsored by VIS, dropping all that time/money into the car, if your going to go "all-out" on a car like that, i feel it should be done right.
not all of us look for the "bling factor" of a mugen badge. some of us just like the look. like me, i honestly dont care about showing off the fact of having real ****. if it looks good ill take it. thats a real car enthusiest, caring about what they like, not trying to show off stupid badges and emblems that say hey look at me spending $1500 on a bumper that someone makes an EXACT replica of (without the badge) but instead of 1500 its 150. ya dig?

and an "exact replica" is still a replica...
i think its a dumb argument but i have to agree with qwk db8 and dkyamada, Why spend all that money on real parts and then go and get fake parts. Whatever though not my car so not my problem.
i have no problem with people rocking replica parts, but when you come and start saying its better then the authentic part, you should expect some flaming to occur.
either way, i still have a master plan to start a new build by the end of the summer.
