Back to life we go! Dude..I thought it was coming today (monday) but last night I looked in my mailbox, because I never did saturday, and it was sitting there haha. Does the smaller part hook to the bumper, and the longer piece the plate?

Yeah, the smaller part goes under the bumper where ever you wanna mount it. The longer part Holds the Lisence plate. It's pretty cool. So that way theres no drilling wholes on the front or your bumper where everyone can see. If you ever decide to take it off, no holes!!

NP. It didn't fit either of my cars, so It was just sitting in the garage. Now cops can't give you crap for you not having your front plate on.

I got pulled over for it becuase I had it like you, in the front winshield. The cop said it was Illegal to have it there. Thats why I bought that becuase I had just had the Front bumper repainted and really didn't want to drill holes on to a fresh bumper.
