and before you even say how is that so since theres so many ppl quiting..well we didnt only have 10 members..we had 23+..more than half voted with than against and your just seeing the ones against quitting and like Buck mentioned earlier this is gay because it's being posted publicly rather than in person for some reason and it gives something for you guys who are not in the squad to feed off of and use it for your own entertainment..we really are going to keep this between pm's and txt/calls now because I know you Josh have personally have tried to help everyonce in a while but others try to budge in just to bash and thats not cool.

 

Nothing is private, everyone will find out, that's just how it is. And there's no problem with it. I just mentioned the way it all went down was foul. Don't matter if 90% of the squad voted on bootin a bunch of folks, if half of em quit afterwards, somethin' went wrong.

I'd honestly love for you to list the cars you have remaining and list what you feel they bring to the squad that no one elses car brings.

There is no AAA league, there's no warm-up league for crews, either you are in it or you aren't. Telling people they are on an "unofficial list" is more belittling than anything. Either you're in it or not. The people who understand they don't have show cars 11 times out of 10 have no problem rollin' with the other members of the crew opposed to diluting the "quality" of the crew representing. If my car wasn't up to par to goto a show, I have no problem rolling with someone else to show support. Afterwards I can go get my car and we can all go cruise to go eat or hit up the 49 runs.

See how that works. No feelins hurt, still reppin' hard and still havin fun.

Simple, and works ALL the time. That's how most crews do it.

I mean, lets be real, you already started fking up your rep. That's one of 3 things a crew has. Your car, your rep and each other. When you start losing focus of each other, you start losing support and its going to kill your rep.

 

I usually don't like many of Josh's post (no offense, just being real brah) but he does have some good points. The question we have to answer is "What's the purpose of the squad?" We never really defined that mission statement in the beginning. I like Josh's point, we started out as a group of people that liked to chill and have fun, 30+ car caravan to everywhere etc. lol. Anyone could join as long as they didn't act foolish. I also can see Christian's point to, as far as legitimizing the squad and moving forward to becoming a team that actually has a chance to compete. My personal opinion, i'm still unsure about the new changes. I can relate to both sides of the argument but it's just too much drama, too much animosity. Like everyone else, i'm still down to kick it, caravan, photoshoot etc. but I can't live up the new standards so I'm out as well.

 

If someone said "you should stay home today" for me I would interpret that as almost getting left out/cut imo..that just harsh..thats almost as bad as cuttin ppl w/o a reason..at least the way it was designed..was that everyone had an equal chance..everyone deserved a chance..not everyone is going to be on the same par and that was obviously the issue..Buck has almost the near complete deal going on and im still catching up..I wouldn't mind being put on the reserve league..it would give me a bigger motivation for myself to catch up to him and be able to rep the crew.

I mean really, you can try and convince yourself what you said is making sense, but you're the only one agreeing with it. No one said "you should stay home today" I said, roll wit me and come support us. Your method is exactly that, its like you are telling them to hang up their keys.

You know what happens when 3 people think 20 people need to go? The 20 people turn around and kick out the 3..

If the original purpose of the squad was to win shows then it'd all make sense, but you misled all these people to thinkin' it was about brother hood and fun and down its like they are all bein left out to dry. Thats from the outside lookin' in. Whether that was your intentions or not, thats whats happening.

It obviously didn't work did it cause so far its not lookin good. The comment I made was based on the fact that a majority of the squad aint show cars, bottom line. It was an obvious exaggeration but it doesn't take a scholar to comprehend what the point I was making was. But like I was saying, it is what it is. It doesn't affect me either way I just felt bad for everyone gettin booted for reasons opposite of why they joined in the first place.
