The "regulars" man, thats what we trying to cut down to..the "regulars" used to be the ones that used to go bowling with us and go kick it and drink beer like back then..like a big ol fam..but it's not a requirement to go out and do stuff other than meets/shows but it helps create a bonding with the rest of the squad (totally no homo) I know Buck has something to say about that..he speaks for days on that subject and im like Buck you sound kind of homo right now haha jk..Again its not required, lets just say its encouraged. Your right Alan, at the end of the day we need commitment and that's were looking for not if their good ppls or not.

hey i was kickin it ALL DAY with alot of 916 this past sunday, but i was late and wasnt even able to make it to the 1320 meet cuz of work. some of us just cant help it if we have priorities over "car stuff" so there cant be a legible reason to kick ppl just cuz they cant make it sometimes, granted some people dont come out at all (they SHOULD be kicked just so) and i apologize if it seems like im arguing with you scott, you did say "maybe im wrong..." but im just trying to defend myself and any other guys who really wanna be apart of this but just cant sometimes. and i wont even be able to make it on time to this next meeting AGAIN because of work. some things just cant be helped

...but a note to anyone who is serious about being apart of this squad, whether or not you can make it to meetings/get togethers just be sure to keep in touch. if you REALLY ARE serious, it is not that difficult to send a txt, make a call, or post on HT and let other ppl know wussup. this is just my $0.02

 

I think Phillip might of just saved a couple ppl here..lol your totally right sir, those cases are def exceptions but if it happens all the time to where they never come out...you start to assume they don't want to come out, especially if they don't say anything like txt, email, pm, post aka keep in touch..ya feel?

for example me sometimes i cant make it out to some meetings due 2 i live like an hour away,,but i been showin to most meets lately and ima keep it that way,,,but for the dudes who have 916squad on theyre cars and dont even come out or communicate i beleive shouldnt be on the squad..imo...

true story. a couple days ago i spotted a old skool white accord coupe maybe a 89 or something with a pokemon sticker on the fender exactly where razor has his advan sticket. i took a picture of it and was going to post it on here to see if any of the 916 squad knew who he was but i deleted the picture.

here is my two cents. Like previously said we want quality not quantity. I'm sorry but I only know so many members in the squad. Not trying to compare but hanging with HDK member solejdm and some of his boys they keep it at a minimum with members ( no reason to why or why not) and how I see it's easier to maintain and their is a good vibe around people you see majority of the time. I know we are repping a car crew but within the crew we need to know each other enough to some sense. When we talk about hitting up a crew member its always name and car. yet theres more than 1 of every car in some cases. communication is key and if we cant even organize a little something at least once then we need to do something. FOREALS we need at least one meet where we get all the members..yet we havent. work,business else where is negotiable just hit us up. we have nothing against you not being here but be here for the right reasons. association with the squad is always welcomed but when you are really down then member opportunity is something to mention. I know many can't make it on time but we know when it is someone who we can say is part of the squad compared to someone that isn't.
