I use to hate the BYS wing with a passion they have grown on me.

 

Still can't do them. More looks then function to me. Give me a carbon Spoon wing.

 

BYS spoiler reminds me of those guys that wear their hats with the bill folded upwards lol.

Lip looks awkward!

 

Both are pretty useless lol just for looks.

 

The Spoon wing has way more function then that BYS.

 

I've seen those two ek's in person on multiple occasions. They're not as low as you think.

 

These cars are "slammed" and yall are debating which spoiler is more functional.

 

Meanwhile that car is running what looks like rubber bands for tires. "But the wing is dysfunctional doe."



Those civics just aren't that low. Big lips, little tires, barely tucking anything...

Big lips do make a car look lower, but small tires (diameter wise I assume you are talking about) do actually make the car lower.
Tucking is irrelevant when looking at how close the chassis is to the ground. How close the chassis is to the ground is the true determining factor for being slammed.

 

Who really cares if we get off topic a little bit about a wing or its functionality

I love lowered cars that are partly on elevated driveways....it's a ridiculous attempt to make a lowered car look lower because that's what's important

Any pics of the hydraulic setup? Ive considered hyrdo since they seem to be a cheaper alternative, but no idea how you would set it up in our cars. Seems you would have to lose the use of a shock absorber. Unless you fabricate an off the shelf shock absorber into the system?
In the end though I dont really want adjustable height suspension unless I can lay frame. I would rather just drive around really low. And with our blasted dual A arm suspension that is never going to happen unless I can find some drop spindles. If only I had mcpherson setup. LOL
