quick question, ive got a 04 civic sedan, im tryin to slam, im havin a baby in a few months bu8t i still wanna lower my car so im on a budget. i just orderd a set of lowering springs but they only lower her 2in in front n reat, i need at least 2 1/4 in the front maybe 3in all around but couldnt afford the 3in drop springs since id have to buy the whole damper set. i was curious if i could just cut like half a coil or maybe one full coil off my springs or if that will effect the way it sits in the perch and give me an extremley bumpy ride? please any info is appreciated, good or b ad.
thanks guys and ladies

Would not recommend cutting any springs bad idea. Don't listen to people who love taking short cuts. I wouldn't be worried about slammin anything riding slammed is not the most comfortable and is tough on your car. Do some real research before you do anything. Do it right the first time just my 0.02.
