little ramps... I nailed two 2x4's together, one a little longer than the other like 12+ years ago to get the jack under my accord back then. Actually still use them to this day
There is a point where 2x4's dont fit. What I do is put a small sciccor or another kind of jack under the frame through the bay and the handle sticking out between the wheel and the bumper. Then when high enough jack it up with a regular jack. By far the EASIEST way ever. no driving on ramps or pieces of wood. I dont know why ive never heard anyone do this

That is definitely not the easiest way. Jacking the car up by the rear tow hook with a normal jack as high as it can go will bring the sides of the car up high enough to get a low profile jack under the jacking points up front. That is the easiest way to do it
