you could drink a beer or two just make sure you have gauze in you mouth, i got all 4 of mine cut out at the same time and i drank and smoked and was fine no dry sockets or anything. oh yeah and make sure you gargle the saltwater crap when your supposed to and everything will be cool.

Crower 404's
Crower Dual valve springs
Crower titanium retainers
OEM p75 Head gasket with 1 layer removed
OEM head bolts
Headman Header( cleaned up)
stock bottom end(for now)
Gasket matched intake manifold
Max bore 62mm TB
Ebay 3" short ram intake(w/ custom heat shield)
No PS/ OR AC
Huge Trans cooler
Automatic Trans(I will not explain this again)
Full wire tuck( not shaved)
Sponsored by the company i work for. Notice the huge Orange sticker on the driver side of the windshield.
The motor isn't in the car yet, due to me still doing bodywork, I will be finishing the Quarter panel in a week or so. then comes paint. I am keeping the OEM color(gold), but i am adding my own twist. From the moldings down including the bumpers will be black. I also have a set of 94-97 Accord Side skirts that i am modding to fit my car. i had to cut 3" off the front and trim them down a lot.

and for those whom don't remember what i started with!

The car no longer has the one pieces, they were sold.
I regret that, but i would have tore them up on the track. The car will be dyno tuned at work. I am also working on a laptop mount for my passenger area so i can datalog when driving. I will update more as i go along.
