yeah man I picked up my first DA back in 2002. I rolled on cut springs like they did back in the day...had a 90-91 lip and made my own city lights like back in the day, wired to a switch, I miss that thing, then I upgraded to skunk coils with AGX, rode amazing. now days..I dunno whats goin on, trends are just going to get crazier and crazier. Thats why I do my own style with things. and TRY to do something someone else hasn't conquered yet.

ok well if u look i dont think there is a page i havent posted in. at the most i miss a day of HT and this is one of the three threads i hit every time. this northwest rides and ls-t. if anyone else wants me to i will hand out numbers???? and accept pms from the other members on whether they think someone should be in. we shouldnt get discouraged. we are trying to make our squad better. and it might take a few tries we just have to stick it out and work to make it the way we want it.

that's tight, i picked up my da as a second car, first car was a flip light integra (oh i miss that car i had to get rid of it because it was falling apart faster then i could put it back together) so my da was my first car i bought on my own, it was already on cut springs and on it's way to the junker, but i decided to buy it and "fix it up" but with school in the way i really could never do much with it. but where it's at now, i like it but i have lots of plans for it, just never had a job that was able to pay for it. school keeps getting in the way. freakin' college

here's how it sits today, i drive it everyday back and forth from school.

thats tight man! yea my first DA was a fall-apart too, but I got her all fixed up, then sold the shell, its funny cause my best friend still has the skunk dual-bend, rear trailing arms with all new bushings, and front brakes on his EF...not to mention the 3 ls heads I gave him!

 

soo i just got the word in on what i should be getting very soon, my sidemarkers finally installed, amber bumper lenses, ek sideskirts, poly. front lip, and hopefully 1pcs. I'll try to post up pics when i get everything put on. WHEWW so excited!

 

The member list updates ARE pretty weirdly lacking, I'm #358 and I'm still not on the front page, but 4 pages in I was accepted..

Yeah...i agree with the above posts about the squad...i have been waiting about two months now...i posted that questionaire on the old thread and never got any responses...but im a patient fella...just wondering what there is to do next? My car looks completely bone stock on the outside, but its only what it seems ;-) I will try to get some pictures up this week once it gets out of the shop...

As for the squad, if anyone has any information about what i need to do next, if there are any steps left in the process to join, please PM me or post on this thread...i will monitor it...thanks!

i say keep the new thread..plenty of new and eager people have been trying to get in..and we've remained active..despite the wait...it's not us that are maiking this new thread suck..it's the failure of the people in charge to give us updates that have made this suck....i think i might have just lost mhy chance of becoming a member with that last comment...but it's the truth..and i'm just telling it like it is..since no else has yet..got love for the squad..but the squad's got no love for me it seems

the old thread was kewl but r u volunteering to run it again? because thats the only problem with this one. is that the people who started it arent checkign in alll the time like it takes to run a squad.

Only thing needed is for people to be a bit more active and answer the questions that are asked...if the people running the show aren't always around, then maybe there needs to be a management shift...just some food for thought

yeah i agree, there should atleast be one of the members whos in charge looking over the thread. Alot of you say that you like the old thread better, well this thread does have potential, but its up to us and the people in charge to make it that way

Just a tidbit of information...but if any of the fellow DA's here are looking for a cheap engine my b18a1 is being taken out of my car this week and will be available for pickup on Saturday...im asking 450...long block complete with transmission...have to pick it up being that i am not shipping...lemme know!

Same here, still waiting for updates on members!! but since no updates that way ill update my own, Team Deception is now 4 DA's, a Turbo Supra, and a few others.

We have just merged with a local stunt bike crew called Twisted Kings, heres our cars and a Video of the crew we merged with, were all under TK but they are now Suicidal Knights with all of us under TK!
