i just know what the 2001-2005 acura el looks like. i actually saw one in virginia last week

yep, 97-00 was the Acura 1.6EL, 01-05 is 1.7EL, now we have the CSX which replaced the EL nameplate for 06. Again based off the 06 Civic.

 

I think that the 96-00 Model years were the best looking for ELs...

 

why cant they bring it here in USA?

Well, like ELSpool pretty much said, except there are minor differences. While the Acura EL was still named the "EL" it went through 4 different looks before it became the CSX, which mind you, is actualy a JDM civic. Go to japan, look for a civic, you'll see what we canadians call CSX. The civic in North America, I dunno even know if that exists in Japan...

but anyways, here are the few changes, the car had only 2 chassis, the MB4 and the ES

looks like a civic and an accord had a baby for not being in the states and for some pretty clean ones. but man that 06 one looks like an 06 civic sedan..
