Default Golden Eagle Mfg. Sleeved Block Core Exchange Program

Also added, I have three H23 blocks that are sleeved and ready to be built or exchanged! $3018.39 fuly built ( details below ) Eagle rods, arias pistons.

Added 100 mm b-series stroker crank available. $850.00 ( custom rods and pistons required )

Fully built, professionally assembled turbo ready race engine bottom ends.
These engines have the same machining, clearances and tolerances as our Team race engines that can produce over 1000 H.P. All meticulously measured, sized, double checked, cleaned and ready to go.

Price for B-series turbo engine builds ( B16, B18A/B and B18C ) $2899.00 !!!!

Price includes the following:
*Block inspection, 100% cleaned and bead blasted to look brand new!
*Golden Eagle Mfg. HD sleeves ( most popular Honda engine sleeve! )
*Arias Pistons ( shelf pistons )
*Eagle Rods ( all with BIG BOLT ARP rod bolts )
*Decking with step deck included ( add $50 for o-ring - optional )
*Bore and Hone ( perfect clearance for smooth, quiet operation and longevity. Our plateau hone requires less break-in for extremely quick ring seal. Tolerances held = Taper .0002", Round .0002" )
*Line bore ( most companies do not offer this because it is too expensive. Crank tunnel is re-aligned to be perfectly straight and withing .0001" on size. )
*Sized crank ( done to obtain PERFECT bearing clearances. We don't just match colors by code, we actually measure and size the crank as needed to our turbo race engine clearances )
*Balanced rotating assembly ( not offered by most other engine builders. Our rotating assemblies are electronically balanced to 10,000 RPM for extremely smooth operation throughout the RPM range )
*ACL race bearings ( coated bearings used in EVERY race engine we assemble )
*New Honda OEM oil pump
*New bottom end gasket set ( oil pan, main seals and oil pickup )
*Fully blueprinted and assembled. You get a spec sheet back with your block dictating the bearing clearances, piston to wall, all product part #'s, etc.

Our prices are a bit more than our competitors, but we do more work and in the long run, we provide more reliability, more H.P. and an overall better engine build.

These engines are sleeved, prepped, measured, machined and assembled by the same people that build motors and do machining for Ed Bergenholtz ( First IMPORT in the 7's ), Lisa Kubo ( First FWD in the 7's ), Sav Leone ( 2002 IDRC Champ ), Gary Gardella ( Fastest unibody IMPORT ), Jason Hunt and many, many more. All work is done IN HOUSE on our equipment, from sleeving, to line boring, all under one roof so tolerances are held to our exact specifications.

CORE EXCHANGE REQUIRED There will be an additional charge is no core is supplied or supplied core is damaged. Core must be same block code as ordered.

Blocks are sleeved and awaiting your special requests. Give us a call (909) 592 - 4311 or send an e-mail to Sales@goldeneaglemfg.com . We are here to serve your every engine need!!

Thanks

This is awesome. I wish this would've been an option last year.

Hrm..... I have a JDM B18C block no number designation after, Just to be sure, you'll take that as well right? Also, if I send you tyhe block as a core exchange, what has to be all on there? Reason I ask is because the block I ahve only has the BARE block itself with cracked sleeve(cracked about 2" down from the top), and main caps, girdle, main cap bolts. That is it. Would you still take that as a core exchange? or do you need it to be a complete shortblock. Please IM me with what you think or if you would have to charge me additional due to lack of parts and damaged sleeve

D-series is the same price. Do you need the price with or without a core?

Once we have some B20's to do an exchange on, we will have them available. You can always still send in your B20 for sleeving and building!

Sleeving on the d-series with HD sleeves run $850 plus the $350 core exchange that will be refunded when we receive your core. That includes sleeves, installation, decking, cleaning and 100% inspection of the block.
