Default ZC turbo setup...correct turbo selection?

My 89crx zc has been built to run a turbo, below is my setup. I was originally going to run a garrett t-25, which i bough used. I sent it off to get rebuilt and it looks like it will be around $600 from cheapturbo.com. What should i do? I have been playing with the idea of getting a t3/teo4(300ish,ebay) and a turbo manifold(150ish, ebay). I really don't have a lot of money to spend since i don't have a job this summer. should i try my luck again with another t25 from the dsm trader, which if i bought a good turbo would save me lots of money in the long run. I have about $600 to work with. Thanks for the input. oh also, i did a compression check and i had 150,150,140,150......should that 140 worry me? I swear this site is the greatest thing ever...i can learn from people that learned the hard way....haha
