Default z-10 block plug

does it just pop in? I see it has 2 rubber o-rings on it but it came with no installation info. I would assume the internal block pressure would be enough to pop it out but have no idea.

It just pops in. I doubt you will build that much crank case pressure to pop that ****** out. I had to hammer mine in.

I put some honda bond on mine, but it is a really tight fit(had to bang it in with a mallet), so I think if you just put it in dry, you shouldn't have any problems.

honda bond will help. the ones that we make for our crankcase vents utilize the factory mounting hole (we weld a tab and drill a hole for mounting it in the stock location of the charcoal canister) works well, no issues on the 4-5 we've done.

Freeze plugs are not permanent last that I checked. Its just annoying to find the right size normally.
