I'm building up my turbo setup at the minute,
I've been advised to do the following:
Get an Ali-rad or a full size oem ITR rad (bigger)
Get a racing thermostat (opens up earlier)
Put the fan on a switch (so it not only comes on when it's told to, but you can control it to come on early yourself) Also BuddyClub do a switch that bring the fan on early!
And most importantly, make sure you fill up the coolant properly, only use Honda OEM coolant with deionised water (if not already pre-mixed) and make sure you let all the air get out of the system!
All of the above i'm sure would help you avoid ever encountering overheating!

Re: (DreTec)
car: 96 civic
Engne: B16b/a 333whp GT3076R ram horn mani.
Coolant setup:Half size aluminum radiator, 11" spal 5blade fan (i wish i got the 12") with buddy club fan switch, 2 holes drilled in type r thermostat. premix fluid only!
my car runs a tad on the hot side but not enough that i have to worry, if i had the 12" fan i think it would have been better, my tuner likes to add a lot of timing so that could be why...

Car: 2000 Integra GSR
Engine: built and sleeved B18C1, GT3076R-13, Hytech Manifold = 425hp
Coolant: Custom 3/4 width aluminum dual pass radiator, -16 coolant lines, 1.35bar rad cap, OEM thermostat, two 12" pusher slim fans.

No coolant problems but I do seem to have very high engine bay temps due to lack of air flow so Im actualy surprised the rad can keep up. Its awesome!
