yet another generic intake manifold produced

i just realized why they said its non turbo- because there are so many turbo manifolds sold on ebay, no one sells a "non turbo" (aka intake manifold opposed to turbo manifold)

um... what? You can make it any shape if you use thick enough material. There are many manifolds that are square and will hold boost fine (Venom for example)
To better explain it, a square box will concentrade the stress at the 90 degree angles while a cylindrical tube will disperse it to the entire tube.

if you think that look fine, is because you dont know anything about hondas, or you never do any work on your own car, that flange is upside down, if you install that and it fits the fuel injectors will on the bottom, of the manifold, any other way the holes wont line up.
I am all about getting stuff for less, but you have to compare it to the name brand before you buy it cheap, and that does not look like no other I ever saw, flange upside down. thats just garbage/rubbish

Weird. The injectors are on the right side, but the TB flange is definately on the wrong side... At least as Hondas go. It would be correct for a Kia, though. Hmm. I wonder if the port spacing is similar....

I think that's the point - they probably use 18ga "JDM T6061 aluminum". Although - I was under the assumption that vacuum could be worse. Most tubes are rated to only 28in/hg of vacuum (my d16 sees ~26in/hg during decel/engine braking), but up to double/triple digit psi ratings. BTW - I'd rather spend a bit more for an OBX-R manifold if I was to buy that stuff.
As for the post above - I was thinkin the same

i actually saw that manifold the other day and already emailed them asking a question. keep in mind i trie to phrase it so they could understand me. most times people that sell this crap know nothing about what its actually used for. i think this is an example of that

there will be 10 threads a week asking if these intake manifolds are as good as full-race. then someone who is in this same thread hating on it will be "well it works ok for me"... a couple on here sport ssac gear but they're hating heh.
this stuff is funny.
