Ya think I've ported this enough?
This is my wastegate housing and my O2 housing. I have a full 3" turbo-back exhaust and I had crazy boost creep above 5200 rpm before I dropped a valve. You think this might be enough porting?

looks all egg shape and i dont think itll cure your boost creep problem because the wastegate door is still the same size so it can only let so much exhaust pass thru it before it starts backing up.
Airflow is pretty damn complicated. Saying it wont work well just because it is not perfectly round is a bit arrogant. Run it and see if it helped.. not like it cost you a lot of money to do.

Here is what I mean:
Still using the same one. I got a solid carbide bit from MAC Tools. Lifetime warranty. $40. Not too shabby. I also got a HD air die grinder from them too. 25,000rpm.

i think its a good idea and will work well. Most of the time the best performance parts are fabricated not bought. I almost refuse to buy anything anymore since i learned how to weld a few years ago. I give you props and hope it does the trick.
Hammer- shortly I will have a big o2 housing replacement for the dsm cars.. It should work for yours as well. If you want shoot me an email and I can let you know when its all ready. I should have it in a couple weeks. I plan to make it fit a 3" downpipe. oops looks like you do have a dsm..
