I have a complete Greddy kit kit with a greddy FMIC and piping...basically everything but a BOV and a few fittings, such as clamps and the oil fitting for the block and oil pan(these can be bought anywher for pretty cheap). I am keeping the BOV for my new set-up. I am unsure of how many miles are exactly on it, but its in good shape and no shaft play in the turbo. I have the instructions as well. It came off my 95 D16Z6 but I am sure it will fit your car with minimal issues.
