Working Pressure?
what does it mean when a turbocharger has a working pressure of 25~30 PSI?
does that mean that it won't work below that or what? Thanks for the help in advance and sorry for the noob question.

ok, i guess what i'm getting to is will this work for my d16y8 to run at 8 PSI?
