Default Will this stand a shot?

Ok, I plan on building my block up over the winter(JE 11.5:1 pistons, eagle rods, sleeves, etc). I would like mid-13's or so all motor and then spray it after it's all built up. Will the motor be able to withstand this? I keep getting tons of different info. Some people tell me spraying is liek turbo and I must use lower compression pisons. Other people tell me as long as I sleeve it I can do pretty much damn near anything I want, like spraying up to a 150shot on a fully built motor. Any help here? I wanna know this before I actually build the motor so I don't spend money on something I don't need to. Thanks for any help.

if its tuned you'll be just fine. however you'll need to tune on something a little better than 91 octane. I would go for 10.8:1 or 11:1 on your setup with 91 tuned... anymore than that you'll need 94 or so

Well, around here 93 octane is pretty readily available. Is that high enough? Will that 2 octane difference make any difference in the motor?

Hit it right on the dot. i have a 11:5:1 motor right now UNBUILT and i have no problems. The key is in tuning. Air to Fuel correctness is imperative!!!!! In fact nitrous loves high compression with the correct components!!!
