Default will this setup be killer??

I presently own a CW type r with mods but im selling it since there are soo much type r stolen nowadays
I want 18000$ if anyone is interested, IM for detail, might even accept trace for turbo eg or ek + cash!!

Im thinking of buying my friend 1996 civic hb: he has the following mods:
-jdm b18c(gsr)
-rs tranny
-p28 ecu
-sir gauge cluster
-momo millenium stering wheel
-koni/neuspped race combo
-aem cam gears
-gsr front and rear disk brake conversion
-jg victor x manifold
-b&m fpr with gauge

This is the setup id like to have, since forced induction as always been my dream, this would be my future setup, give me some imput on how it would perform on a 1996 hb platform with no weight reduction
Turbo kit:
(from the present group buy)
MaxRev Stainless Steel Manifold with wrap
MaxRev Stainless Steel Downpipe (with flexpipe)
MaxRev Intercooler 20" x 3" x 8", 2.5" piping
DIY piping kit (Stainless Steel U bends) 2.5
Tial 35mm WasteGate
MaxRev BOV
Garrett T3/T4 turbo (What are the best spec for a strret-track driven car??)
MaxRev Stainless Oil Feed and Rubber Return (Aeroquip)
Piping couplers, clamps, hardware, etc.
custom 3 inch exhaust with dump pipe for the track
boost/vacume and egt gauge tapped into manifold

electronic and fuel:
hondata s200 with boost option, 3 bar map sensors
rc 550cc injectors with resitor pack
bbk 255lph high flo
b&m fpr with gauge
greddy profec b
greddy tbo timer
msd 6al for ignition

block
b18c1 block
golden eagle 84mm sleeve
arias 84mm 9.1 cr piston
eagle rods
arp head bolt and rod
stock head
stock crank
aem cam gears
jg victor x manifold

tranny:
rs hydro tranny for longer gears
act 6 puck with extreme plate
stock machined flywheel

and the most important TUNING, TUNING and TUNING
goal is to set low boost at 13psi for the street and 20psi on race gas at the track

what else is there missing to make the car reliable at the track and on the street??
How much power does H-T member make with similar setup
thanks

Sounds like a good setup. THe only thing I would change is the stock flywheel and arias pistons. Personally I would go with some Endyn rollerwaves or JE for the pistons, and get a lightened flywheel like Fidanza or clutch masters...

ok, I believe golden eagle have a package with endyn piston and honed sleeve, I might just get the special and buy a set of used eagle rod off an h-t member.

Why is it important to have a modded flywheels? Isnt true that its easier to dump the clutch off the line with big slick with a heavier clutch, doesnt the heavy cluth help built boost faster??

the car will roll on steelie and no exterior mods what so ever, beside the suspention. Boost controller will be sitting in the glove box along with the tbo timer, tbo gauge will be installed on the cluster pod, exhaust tips will be flat black and intercooler covered by a black grill.........100% sleeper!!

I'm not sure where you live but around here it would take less than a week for everyone to know about a new turbo hatch running around. Don't tell me you plan on building this up and never driving/racing it.

yes indeed, people would know after a couple run at the track but around here(quebec, canada) drag racer's are not the people who steal the cars, they are mostly punk that steal the radio or nice cars to box them. Usually when a modded car get stolen, they dont touch under the hood

So what about the setup, could low 11 be possibible on high boost and huge slick
