no it will not. I doesn't even go up to the recommended RAM for the s300. It doesn't come with 196 megs of RAM, it doesn't even go up to that. It comes with 64.

it's not rocket science here... hondata recommends 256mb ram and that has 64mb ram. i'm willing to bet the laptop will shut off if u ever try to tune with it or even try to get online with it.

 

yeah okay but there minimum is 64.

It will work, but XP itself needs 128meg of RAM just to keep it from caching to the HDD most of the time, but 256meg to keep it from chaching at all. I'd go with their recommendation, as it will allow better real time monitoring on HondaLog portion of the S-Manager software.
