Default Will this intercooler be enough?? (pics inside)

For about 200whp in a front mount position (max 10psi on a d16z6 and 14b) Its from a vw golf







On a side note, which of the springs is for the front and which is for the rear? (im guessing longer for rear) just got them used

the thicker spring is for the front.... needs to be bigger for the weight of the motor

thicker as in coil gauge or as in coil diameter? Its is easier top or bottom

looks like a great cooler

The longer spring with the fatter metal coils are for the front

Kinda small, I'd rather use a core with more face area and slightly less thickness. Plus I have never been a fan of using plastic endtanks.

Will this one be better? I dont think this core is too efficient though.



One last time, in this foto which spring is for the front, left or right, I dont want to know if thick or thin or long or short just left or right.

The IC to the right is big enough, but it looks pretty shitty. The IC to the left is probably too small, but might work okay...just take that rear cover off.

yes its an mr2 IC and the other one is a sidemount vw golf (actually seat ibiza but same ****). Is somebody sure about the springs there are 2 diferent answers here

I used to have one, made it into a front mount but then it came to an early death when I accidentally inpalled it with a sawzall. Free i/c's =

left-rear, right-front. had mine off the other day. that's what they looked like..
