I heard that it only works with Windows 95 or 98 is there any truth to this?

On my laptop, it worked for ME. I had problems with Windows 2000 on my laptop (Gateway), but it ran ok with Windows 2000 on another laptop that I tried (Toshiba).

I currently use Windows 98.

Thanks. But i dont really want to put windows 98 on my computer. Anyone running Windows Millenium Edition(ME) with Hondalogger?

Windows ME is the bastard OS from Microsoft, Win 98 SE is a more stable operating system ( which isn't saying much) cause to be honest they both really suck. Put Win 2k Pro on your computer, stable, and if datalogging is the only thing you are doing with your laptop, than bam install, update everything to be safe, install software, bam done. If done right there should be no worries.

 

No problems here.. I got ME on my laptop and it works fine.
