Default where is the plug for the scanner located at

i ned to diagnose my civic 2000 si but i can not find the damn plug to hook the scanner .... where is located i look under the dash driver side and on the passenger by the ECU ... but no luck ....

The Honda 2000 Civic connector is positioned on the underside of the instrument panel between the steering column and the driver's side passenger door. The connector has no cover.
The Honda 2000 Civic on-board diagnostic network uses the ISO protocol.
