k, ineed help... should i drill a hole next to the throttle body or next to the air filter???? does it matter?

cuz i heard that if the sensor reads cold air then this means more fuel to burn = rich on fuel, better than lean..

and if i put it next to the throttle body it would read turbocharged air temp that would lead to less fuel to burn... well please help me out... and if the theory is wrong then straighten it out please... thanks
