where can i get eg hatch IC piping with a BOV flange, 2.5 inch?? i have a ramhorn mani and no intercooler yet. and does anybody have an opinion on how i should go about placing the bov (welded on or flanged)?

im sure someone has the answer to these questions. no smart as* responses please im trying to get opinions

 

If this is gonna be a basic budget build with a moderate whp goal, ebay intercooler piping will do just fine. They have IC piping kits that are made to fit EG & DC chassis. The large core ebay intercoolers (31x12x3) do pretty good as well, as long as they are the bar & plate design. I had one on my first DC LS build & my IAT's were pretty good.

Some of the kits already come with a BOV flange already welded to the piping. Most of the kits I've seen come pre welded with a TiAL flange or an HKS flange. When I did mine, I chose the HKS flange, being I had already bought an SSQV.

 

thank your for the response. i forgot to mention that i am planning on using a precision IC and choose to not use any ebay parts regarless of what they are.. does anybody know any sponsors on Honda- Tech that supply piping or i can call to order?

To on eBay and type in sre charge pipes they make them for the civic with severla chives of Bov flanges. It's 2" hotside and 2.5" cold side. Good quality. I've been running them for 3 years. I personally made my own hotside to have 2.5" all the way around though

 

Dont cheap out. this is the hondatech way though.

Have a local custom shop make it custom to FIT your car instead of a generic fitting kit off the internet.

im not cheaping out? i do not mind spending the money to get a quality product. and why would i have someone "custom" make it for me when shops have made a countless number of IC piping sets for a a ramhorn with a front mount? i think you missed my question, i asked where i can buy piping not where i could have it made
