well full boost can depend on a cople of things. what psi full boost is...10, 15, 20 psi. also what gear you are in. 1st gear you are going to reach full boost before yuo do in like 4th gear. or at least in my case.
i dotn reach full boost of 24 psi until like 5500-6000 rpms lol. i am still trying to figure out what is wrong. if anything is wrong.
to the guy that reaches full boost by 4500 rpms what gear are you in and what psi is your full boost that reaches in 4500 rpms?

On a roll on in 3rd I start building boost at around 4k. By 6k I get around 10, and as soon at the cams switch (@6000) it immediately jump to 13 and reaches my max boost of 15psi at around 6400.
IMHO, way too much lag for a B16. Absolutley no fun around town, but does its job well for full on straight line acceleration.

wow
77mm D16 (~1.7L)
~9.7:1 cr
p&p head
14psi by about 5000-5500rpm...
2.5" dp hurting me BAD... the downpipe flange hole is SMALLER than the outlet of the turbo. so it's blocking off about 1/4" of flow around the outlet.
