Default when is spool up time?

i hear everyone talking about the 14b turbo being really good for d series. waht about the t3/t4 60. when does that spool compared to the 14b. and what kits come with 14bs, i haven't really heard of them coming in a kit. i'm searching for a kit for my z6. fully built bottom end, web cam, skunk2 manifold on the way, 9:1 comp. what kit would suit me better for daily/autox/drag?

first of all, turbo cars in general suck for autocross because of turbo lag, and a T3 on a d16z6 would be laggy as hell, you might see full boost by like 4000-5000 RPM

11psi @ 4100 rpm's in my d16z6 with a volvo t3.
T3's DON'T suck for a d-series.
As a matter of fact, they sort of act like a small hybrid tubo does on a B series.

you will stay out of boost as long as you stay in vaccum....buy a boost gauge w/ a VAC reading...then you will know if you are about to boost or not...allows you to control your boosting habits quite a bit.
