One question tho, what traction setup are you running on the front? Any kind of aftermarket from x-member?

We hope it will make some good power on gas, we didn't give up on gas yet. We will be running a b-series motor and turbo.

Suspension and everything else = stock

 

Nice pics man. God I love CRX race cars...defintely way cooler then the civics and integras out there.

My question is this. Who has had wheelie bars fabbed to bolt onto the weekend racers car? Im thinking something that will barely be noticable from in back of the car at a redlight when not in use. Maybe something that can be disassembled and tossed in the trunk for the ride to the track. Who has done this??

 

I dont think it would be practical. Where would it bolt to?

 

Is this the same crx with the driver seat located in the middle?

BTW, how long are those wheelie bars? And what are those little wheels made of anyways? Can they survive 150mph+ passes?

Yeah, those bars look long. They made out of stainless steel? Looks good - but by just looking at it, they look like they could bend/break if enough torque was applied.

 

cmon, hondas dont make torque.

Thanks for the kind words guys! The bars are made out of chromoly. It's in the works right now, we are not done with it. The bars still need to be re-enforced so it wont bend.

I hope the upper mount is into the cage or they won't work. I learned that real quick.

Yes, it attached to the cage. Don't ask me where the lower are mounted because I wont tell you.

damn thats nice.....I think that Jim Fab was plannin on comin out with some bolt on wheelir bars...Dont know the status though...
