96 + EX motor with greddy turbo kit or jdm b16 with dc headers, skunk manifold, msd ignition?

which one would u choose between these 2 and u only have a $3500 budget.

 

this forced induction forum ... turbo guys will say turbo but i would say buy the b16a run it stock till you can afford a turbo the SOHC can make pwr dont get me wrong but the b16a with a good turbo setup can just surpass it.

 

Get the B16 first

 

b16 and keep it stock untill you can afford a turbo..

Either way you will see a huge difference. But, if you get the b16 you will be faster than stock, have some time to want more speed, and then start to save for some boost. The B16 will make a nice difference though by itself.
