Nice replies guys
Reason I asked is because I don't think my stock CRX SI brakes are gonna cut it. They feel awful, maybe becuase the car has been sitting since August
The pads/rotors were replaced in August though..

Integra big-brake conversion.
Hoosier Daddy, do pads and braided stainless lines before you do big brakes. The stock CRX Si brakes are plenty fine for a lot of racecars. I often regret converting to Integra brakes.

for awhile the realtime integras ran stock all the way around...not sure about now....but they said stock worked better than they could have imagined...
most of the crossdrilled they used cracked after one race...

Brembo slotted and dimple drilled, Axxis Pads, Earls stainless lines, and Super Blue Brakefluid. This set up has worked excellent for about 2 years now.

The Brembos are simply high-quality replacement rotors. Just a solid piece of metal. Can you trust it? Of course! Can you trust cross-drilled rotors? I wouldn't. I've personally cracked a set.
I think we can all agree that pad-to-rotor contact is what stops a car. Cross-drilled rotors have less pad-to-rotor contact, plain and simple. So what'll stop better, a blank or a cross-drilled...?

Correct, Realtime they ran these because they were allowed to use the ITR ABS system as well. They then switched to some jigadollar Brembo setup.
Rules prohibit them from running a big brake upgrade and ABS.
This should give you a good idea about how good the ITR ABS and stock brake system is, not to mention the ITR ABS with a big brake upgrade.
For those that care- the ITR ABS is an independent system and can be installed on any car that you can get the Integra ABS sensors on.
ITR ABS + StopTech kit = Best.

Yeah, I am in teh same boat for the 13" slicks.
I have Powerslot rotors all around, AEM (Nissin) pads, Stainless lines. It stops on a dime.
