whats safe for B18C
I have a stock B18C Sir-G and about to get the peakboost turbo kit. I only want to run like 6-7psi daily. Should this be a good safe bolt on kit and psi. should put me about 250-270whp. what is a safe limit for stock B18C? I am also going to get hondata s300 and get a conservative daily driver tune.
you are on the right track. that's a good kit and those are realistic goals. you should be fine at that power leval. how many miles does the engine have on it? think about your supporting parts...fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors ect...
i dont know how your set up will end up, but i'd recomed the 57 trim if you go the t3/to4e route. i currently have the 60 trim on my b18c and am getting surging around 3k.

My motor is fresh from hmotorsonline so it only has like 25-35000 on it. and i will be getting a 255 fuel pump, dont know what size injectors (maybe 440's) i think they should be good for that power and if i want more they should still be good. correct? the 57 trim is what i planned on getting thanks bro and if anyone else has reccomendations or suggestions i am glad to hear them.
The first thing i tell people is to set a goal. You have a fairly conservative power goal...you could aim for the 300whp mark, but that's your call. As for the boost needed to get there, that portion is irrelevant. You only need to think about that when considering your MAP sensor. As for your injectors, go with a set of 550s at very least. You will severly limit yourself with a set of 450s. As for the S300 unit, that isn't necessary, but if you have the money, you could spend it there. Crome is a good alternative and FAR less expensive.

update.... I did order the complete peakboost ftw series( ramhorn) kit. i got the t3/t04e 57 trim .63 ar turbo 650cc injectors, walboro 255 pump, hondata s300. i will also be getting some new spark plugs (dont know which ones to get), maybe some gauges, and the 3 bar map do to schisters advice. If there is anything else anyone of you would recommend i would appreciate it as to

all in the tune. i would say 300whp is a safe goal. My friend has a stock gsr tuned my a good tuner and hes doing ~330whp daily driven. Probably has about 30k miles so far, but he doesnt plan on it breaking anytime soon.
yeah i think my limit is 300whp for now until i do internals. plus a 300whp civic is a very fun daily driver and should put me in the 12's on the 1320 so im good as gold with what i have right now.
