Default whats a good plug gap(h22 turbo)

I have an h22. I am running about 6 pounds on a t3/t4 turbo. Its breaking up a little around 4500-5500rpms when I turn the boost to 8psi, Its really bad I'm pretty sure its ignition related, anyone know what a good plug gap setting would be?

arf is 12:1 all the way across the board.

.035, it was ok untill I got it tuned, My first run I made 257hp 216.6 torque the arf went off the board a couple of times, It was way off. when I got it set to normal the hp was 281 and torque 245.7 and it started too run like **** then,I figured the more hp i ran the smaller i had too make the gap am I right?

That's correct. It may be that your stock ignition system needs some help. But I'd start with the cheaper things first and try closing the gap a little.

h22 ignition kinda sucks so you usually have to gap them pretty tight...
