i serched and found about a gazillion hookups ways for a catch can.
can you please give me a good and easy catchcan hookup for a FI engine?

Just buy the Endyn kit. It includes instructions and all the fittings and works GREAT. (From what I've read)
I know if you search I just saw a good thread on them yesterday.
