what exactly would happen if you plug in a P28 ECU on a B18B engine running 450cc injector, would the car even start up? would it throw some codes cause there's no Vtec in the B18B?

I'm asking this cause my car got stolen and the cops retrieved it with a P28 ECU plugged in instead of my P06 uberdata chipped. they told me that the car was running. could it be possible to even run with th P28??

BTW I've opened the ECU to see if it was chipped but it was a plain virgin P28.

it really shouldn't run the car. It will throw a check engine because it will be looking for vtec and its not there. I don't think it would start up either on 450s, if it would, it would start up and flood out, start up and flood out.

I didnt start i up yet as my story is so complicated, My ECU was still in the car though but the P28 was the one that was pluggged in.

I have found a SAFC crap manual on the passenger seat, but I didn'T find the SAFC,,,, maybe he was running the safc with the p28,, but it still makes no sense cause I dont have the VETEK.... anyway the stealer was dumb cause we all know that uberdata is far better than SuckiestAssFuckCrap

when I was having problem with my aem unit in my last car b18b. I borrowed a p28 and plugged it in and the car started up and sorta of idled. No codes. I was running 85lb injectors. I did not try to drive around with the ecu i was soley testing to see if the car would start and if my aem was my problem.
