what turbo to get?

what turbo to get?
ok im building a ls for 400-450hp and i was wondering what turbo i should spring for? i have about 700 to spend on the new turbo, i was leaning towards turbonetics T3/T4 BB but any ideas would be great.

holset hx35 (buy it used then have it rebuilt, all in all ~$400-$550 or so) or hx40/35 hybrid (you can get them on ebay for ~$800) or maybe just a t3/t04e 60 trim .63 a/r. GL.
