what is this turbo??
a buddy of mine gave me a turbo for free... all i know is it doesnt have an internal wastegate, it says AIR Reasearch To4 A/R .60 on the intake side and a bunch of smaller little code numbers on the exhaust side... he said he thinks it came off of a tractor from his work if anyone knows what this is from or any info on it let me know because i also want to do something with it like put t3 internals but how?
Well if its off a tractor most likely its a straight T4.......but if not you could have a t3/t4...What kind of flange is on the turbine side? if its a t3 flange then you have a t3/t4 if its a t4 flange you have a t4 turbo.....pretty simple
well how do i know if its a t3 or t4 flange and also what parts fit on tis turbo how will i know if i wanna rebuild it and where can i get a rebuild kit

The rectangular flange is the t3 and the sqaure flange is the t4, but according to your info you def have a t4 compressor just figure out what turbine u have.....
http://store.yahoo.com/cheapturbo/fullrebuild.html They rebuild turbos
http://www.slowboyracing.com contact them they probablly rebuild
There is tons of companies out there that will rebuild turbos just do some research
