what tranny to use for ls/vtec setup???????

what tranny should I use I have a ls/vtec turbo in a 90 civic but I dont know what tranny to use . I have a b16 or a ls tranny to choose from i have both of them just dont know which one to use??????/
please help

use the b16

This topic is going to get hammered with opinions. You can read many peoples thoughts in OTHER THREADS if you were to search

But heres my .02 cents....
b16=short geared faster acceleration
LS=long geared high top speed

the LS is going to get you better gas mileage vs the b16.
**** there are sooo many ways to look at this... Just search.
