What Stops you?
Alot of you all are worried about how fast you can speed up, What slows you down?
I've got powerstop crossdrilled and slotted rotors w/ axxis pads...I don't like the pads. I want to get new pads but want something that doesn't fade and doesn't create the IMMENSE amt of brake duse the axxis do. Anyone w/ ideas? How about som ersonal preference and testamonies?
Where do you get EBC, and comments on those? Who's got the best price?

Red stuff and green stuff are great if you don't like break dust. My friend is running greens on power stops and he gets like zero break dust. I'm about to buy the reds and put them on my power slots.
Break dust + white wheels = BAD

I'm sorry I need to clarify. I was looking for the EBC Brake pads. Not the AEM I don't want to roll on larger than stock wheels..

My deist parachute is what stops me... with factory honda brakes and rotors nothing fancy....
1) Brembo OE blanks up front (stock size) www.porterfield-brakes.com
2) Porterfield r4-s pads, or Hawk hps (front) www.porterfield-brakes.com
3) Goodrich stainless lines (front) www.importparts.com
4) Motul 600 fluid www.porterfield-brakes.com
5) Stock lines, pads in the rear
For the price, there is *NO* better braking system.

No brake dust? Really - you sure? I have the EBC greens and I have a lot of dust. Only thing is its lighter in color than my stock pads.
They seem to bite well - maybe too well - I think I can hear them eating my rotors when I stomp on the stop pedal.

powerslot integra rotors up front with sir-r project mu brake pads and my cool drums in the rear (which i will upgrade soon enough)
NSX/Legend Dual piston calipers and 11.1" x 28mm rotors in the front with Pepbous / Raybestos Quietstop lifetime warranty pads in the front, fastbrakes.com (Brian is THE best!!) 11.4" rear big brake kit with the same pepboys pads. this system is incredible, and VERY inexpensive. now i just gotta get more HP ...
****! I didn't think about that...I already ordered the EBC (red) last night from Tirerack.com....and to think my friend has some NSX brake calipers on his integra(looks real nice to look thru the wheel and see NSX on the caliper) however he's also got the type r suspension and 5 lug conversion on his 93..Will that fit on my Si?

wilwood is like 600-700 for 11.1" ( I think) rotors and 4 pot calipers, but I heard their calipers are not floating, and therefore can cause problems if the rotors get warped at all.

Tomakit: why do you suggest the brembo rotor blanks for the front? what's wrong with stock rotors?
also, why not install goodridge lines in the back? often when you buy 'em you get all 4 so it's not like you're saving any money either

This will be stopping me soon! SS Works big brake kit with 300mm rotors and 4 piston Skyline GTS-T type M calipers. I just finished a test fitting/grinding session and I should have them installed next weekend! Yes, I know the rotor is on the wrong side!
