I have heard a couple different things. some say to go one step colder plugs and others say two step colder. Any recomendations? Also what brands are better?
This is for a 2000 civic EX soon to have a greddy turbo kit.

 

try ngk's but try a search.

 

Colder is safer, but you might foul plugs by going too cold. To be on the safe side you could start off 2 colder and go from there.
