What size turbo???

what size turbo do u recommend?? im looking for something good for between 300 and 400hp.

for 400whp i would say precision sc61 is one of the most efficient right now and at a good price.

at what rpm will a b16 84mm with a LOVE fab sidewinder spool a sc61 to say 15

also, what is a good manifold??? preferably one that allows you to keep a/c. fucc it, while im at it a good downpipe too(that will work with that turbo).
