What size turbo is this?

This is in my friends car. Its mated to a Drag Manifold. .70 A/R Compressor. .63 A/R exhaust. He doesn't know what it is...all I know is that it lags

looks like a T3/T4 with a big compressor side

Looks like a T3/60-1.

im guessing t3/60-1

if he doesnt want the lag, ive got a t3/to4b with low mileage id be willing to swap him + a couple hundred bucks..
