What size turbo?
Once again I have changed my mind on a turbo setup. I may try to get in on the turbo group buy, then peice the ket together with the parts I want.
Anyways, I will be runnning the turbo on a stock b18b for now. In the furture, I plan on a b18b block, Golden Eagle sleeves(84mm or 85mm bore), Je pistons, eagle rods, and a Vtec head.
On my stock block, I will run no more than 10 lbs of boost, with hondata of coarse. Im not sure how much I want to run when I have a built block.
What compressor trim & exhaust a/r would work well now and when I have a built engine? Here are the trims offered to my knowledge:
compressor trim: .50, .54, .57
exhaust a/r: .48 or .63
Thanks for any info.

Re: What size turbo? (BLK94RS)
What do you guys think of this:
Compressor trim: .57
Exhaust a/r: .63
That is what FFGeoff used to run 12.0 with his stock b18b. Would there be alot of lag with that big of a turbo with a stock b18b (7000 rpm redline)?
Also, is 10 psi 10 psi no matter what size of a turbo? Would I make more power with a larger turbo?

Hondata 2b
DSM 450 injectors
Walbro fuel pump

I probably lest somthing out, but I got the basic stuff down.

Re: What size turbo? (cyan1de)
a larger turbo will make more power at the same amount of boost, because it is flowing more air.
10 PSI on a straight T3
10 PSI on a T4/T3
obviously a lot of "power" is lost in the T3's due to it's "restrictive" size....or something like that.
