With the setup you want why not go with a T04E SC61? I would go with an 84mm bore. Like my friend says "it's free power". Someone on here made 485whp with an 81mm bore and 515whp with an 84mm bore. They also reached full boost about 400-/+ sooner. I went with an 84mm bore.

if you go from 81mm to 83 then you will gain some power.

My suggestion for you guys is to stay 81mm for the simple fact of having more sleeve to play with. If you scar up your block while on 81mm you can go overbore size, but what if you scare up the block on 84mm? Well you can go 84.5mm and then the rest is up in the air. Do you want to try high boost with 85mm?

Compression is fine anywhere from 9:1 to 10:1.

Looks like you will need a bigger turbo. Go for a t3/60-1.

Rods stick with Crower or Pauter.

Biggest bore i would go is 83mm. If you do 84 you dont leave alot of room for error

83mm is perfect. Not too big and not too small.

Agreed. @ 83MM you can still take sleeves out another full MM to 84, even 84.5 if need be. On a B16 you need all the displacement you can get, so i'd go with 83MM 9.5:1 pistons.
