what size injectors to use ???
i have a turbokit that im putting together... are my injectors too big
and have a block that i sent to Golden Eagle..
turboneitcs t3/t4 57trim .63ar stage III
ramhorn
3 inch downpipe
tial wastegate 38mm
hks bov
2.5 intercooler piping aluminum
greddy 24v intercooler
880cc precision injectors
apexi AVCR
p28 chrome
aem fuel rail
aem fpr
walbro 255
apexi turbo timer
3 inch exhaust system
magna flow 3 inch muffler
i sent the block out and will recieve it soon

I dont think you can ever have too big of injector, unless you managment cant control bigger injectors. IM inoy running about 7-8psi for now but will eventualy step up to about 20-25 and im using 1000cc PTE's. I think bigger injecto just gives you more room to grow.

I have heard many times that that is not true. Granted you can use them, but for the tuning aspect your injectors shouldn't be TOO big. I little oversized for room to grow is one thing, but tooo big will give you problems as well.
As far as what size is ideal for your setup I have no idea, someone here should be able to help you with that.

i think the 880cc injectors will be excellent for your setup. it will allow you to hit the 400whp mark and then leave room for more which you said you might do. above 500whp you will want to use 1000cc injectors though so keep that in mind when you upgrade the turbo later. we use 880's all the time on daily driven setups flawlessly. seems like you have a good setup on the way.

Here is a guide sheet we use, when customers ask about our OEM Style Increased Flow Injectors. The cc/hr ratings will work just as well for any other brand. Some companies used different pressures and duty cycles, but for the most part, all companies are within a few percent of each other.
Flow Rate vs. HP Level
(Flow Rate for each injector,
in a four cylinder setup.)
310cc 200~220whp
370cc 220~280whp
440cc 280~330whp
550cc 330whp~380whp
660cc 380whp~425whp
720cc 425whp~475whp
880cc 475whp~525whp
980cc 525whp~600whp

thanks for all the help.......im new to turbo so let me catch up ....
also wanted to know if ill be able to get in the 12's with full slicks and full interior on high boost ?
car is a 2000 civic si EM1....full interior...power steering....skunk2 coilovers stock shocks...
i'll be happy if i get in the 12's
it'll be my first time going this fast when i get it running
never been in a turbo honda
except my cousins stock turbo gsr hatch that blew its motor right after tunning it
