Default what rings do i run

i have a high HP, FI (30 psi) dart block being built for my civic,

I would go with the same as the pistons that you are using.No real reason other than convenience,they are all high quality,including the stock hondas.

I have Wiseco pistons in my setup and the Wiseco rings/seals that came with the pistons works great. Plus, if you were to just buy the rings/seals, they run roughly about $85 (Race Engineering out of Florida).
