Default what loctite will hold up??

what loctite will hold up on a downpipe?? my bolts keep coming loose from the turbo to the DP,

blue, but they will be hard to get off.

i think ive read to use red..which will hold but if you want to remove them youll be able to unlike with the blue.

i would use red, unless you wanna cut the bolts off next time u wanna remove them

So loctite red is the serviceable one and loctite blue is permanent? I thought it was the other way around.
