in the service manual, it says you should replace all of the bolts you take out because they are self-locking. At 7$+ each, use blue loktite instead. Most likely the vibration is making them come out. Were they torqued to spec?
Mine didn't come out after i re-installed my tranny tho.

Use blue loctite. Make sure the surfaces are as clean as a whistle with no oil on them.

k i cleaned my bolts very good an made sure they were nice an dry, loc-tite'd up with the blue stuff an retightened... also found my rear tranny mount was mad crazy loose, an on my rear wheels on the assembly that bolts onto the end of the trailing arm, the bolt was sticking all the way almost so i did the same for that one...
Edit: The car is running perfect now with no shake at all since I tightened bolts up...

Re: (JDM_SOHC)
in your sig, it looks like you have an upgraded clutch which is probably causing alot more vibration than a stock clutch leading to the bolts loosening. Thats just my logical deduction. The locktite should fix it.

That's wierd, I never knew that you had to replace those bolts after you take them out. My old civic we pulled the tranny 4 times and used the same bolts 4 times and not a single issue with them loosing back out. And at $7 a bolt wow thats crazy! Your problem might be somewhere else, and I'm sure an aftermarket clutch isn't going to do anything. The car's been running a Clutch Specialty Stage 3 for 2 years and still not an issue.

yeah i know what you mean.
did you torque them down right. once (when i was alot younger), i misread in/lb torquing specs for ft/lb. yeah, needless to say i broke the bolts right off.
not to question you intelligence in any way, but mistakes happen sometimes.
