exhaust cut-out.. bypasses the cat and exhaust system by opening a valve by electric motor or cable...

well, I think an e-cut out is particularly the electric variety, as opposed to the manual (unbolt a plate when you go to the track) but, who's counting?...

This is the one that I held a gb for not too long ago. Actually they just came off of backorder and I will be getting them tomorrow.
