What downpipe?

What would be the best downpipe for this turbo?

It also needs to be compatible with my full 2.5" mugen exhaust.

Right, the downpipe is going to have to be made to corresond with the turbo manifold/turbo and motor.
As for size, 2.5" or 3" will work fine (the bigger the better)
